Where Self-Awareness Becomes Forward Motion
Where Self-Awareness Becomes Forward Motion
Waypoint Labs helps leaders, teams, and practitioners turn what they learn about themselves into what they actually do at work.

What We Do
The Inner Work That Drives Outer Results
Leadership is a practice, and it starts within.
We give teams, leaders, and accredited practitioners practical tools to build trust, understand each other, and act on what they learn.
In a world with a lot of noise, we are grounded in empirical evidence, rooted in living practice, and pragmatically oriented.
Why Waypoint Labs
A Lab for Real Change
We built Waypoint Labs for leaders and facilitators who want more than a framework. They want it to stick.
We pair Insights Discovery with skilled facilitation and 20+ years of practitioner experience to help people move from knowing to doing. Whether you’re building a new team culture or pulling an old profile back out of the drawer, we make growth something you practice, not an event you attend once.

Meet the team
Rooted in Practice, Fueled by Curiosity
Waypoint Labs is led by Mia Elizardi, Principal & Founder, who brings 20+ years in talent development, teaches executive education at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and is completing doctoral research on why experienced leaders have to unlearn as much as they learn. Like most good things in life, it was built in partnership with Brian Elizardi, who leads strategy and innovation. Katherine De Vos, with more institutional knowledge than anyone in the room, runs day-to-day operations.
