Where every meaningful team conversation begins.

Insights Discovery gives people a shared language for how they work, and that shared language is powerful. When people understand their own preferences and can see the preferences of the people around them, collaboration gets easier and communication gets clearer. Insights Foundations is where it starts.

Our Offerings

1

Team Workshop

Great for: Intact teams, newly formed teams, or teams navigating change.

Your team’s profiles come to life in a facilitated session designed around your team’s actual dynamics. We explore how different energy preferences show up in your daily work, where friction tends to emerge, and how to make the most of what each person brings. Teams leave with a shared language, a clearer picture of each other, and practical strategies to work better together.
Duration: 1 hour to a half or full day (custom based on team size and goals)

2

Organizational Rollout

Great for: HR leaders and People teams scaling Insights across a department or full organization.

Rolling out Insights Discovery across an organization takes intention. We work with you to design a rollout that’s well-sequenced, practically supported, and built to stick long after the first session. This includes rollout planning, facilitator coordination, and support for embedding Insights into your culture over time.

3

Onboarding Program

Great for: Organizations wanting to build self-awareness into the new hire experience.

Start new hires with their Insights Discovery profile as part of onboarding. They learn their own working style, begin to understand how they’ll show up on their new team, and get a practical framework for connecting quickly with colleagues. It accelerates belonging, reduces friction, and sets a tone for learning from day one.

4

Individual Profile Debrief

Great for: Leaders, new hires, high-potentials, or anyone wanting a deeper understanding of how they work.

A one-on-one session built around your Insights Discovery profile. We explore your color energy preferences: what drives you, how you communicate, how others experience you, and what your blind spots might be. Whether this is part of onboarding, a coaching engagement, or standalone professional development, a debrief is where self-awareness becomes actionable. One note: your profile describes preferences, never competence or performance.
