Mia has spent 20+ years coaching leaders and facilitating teams, and most of that work happens in the gap between who a leader is and who they’re becoming. Her doctoral research asks why experienced leaders have to unlearn as much as they learn.
Coaching with Mia is confidential. She’ll ask the questions you haven’t let yourself ask, name the patterns you’re too close to see, and hold you to what you commit to.

- Leader Lab package: commit to 3, 6, or 9 months of coaching. Every package includes your Insights Discovery profile and the Transformational Leader Profile (IDTL), so you understand both how you work and how you lead.
