Why get accredited?

The Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) certifies you to deliver Insights workshops, coaching, and facilitation for your clients. It’s a four-day immersive program, virtual or in person, that gives you the theory, skills, and confidence to do transformational work with teams.

Before registration

We talk through your goals, your clients, and whether the IDA is the right next step right now. No pressure, just a conversation.

Choose Your Format
At registration

Join virtually on Zoom or in person. We’ll help you find a cohort that fits your schedule.

Prepare for Day One
2 to 3 weeks before

Your materials kit ships. You’ll complete 2 to 3 hours of self-paced pre-work: videos, a profile debrief call, and a practitioner onboarding. You’ll arrive ready.

Attend the IDA
4 days

Four full days of live, facilitated learning. Virtual cohorts require your webcam on and full engagement.

Complete Your Post-Work
After the program

Send the Insights Discovery Preference Evaluator to people you choose, and debrief each profile with them. Then submit your Confirmation of Learning to receive your accreditation certificate from Insights.

Ongoing

You’re a Licensed Practitioner. Waypoint Labs stays in your corner for licensing, renewal, toolkit access, and enablement as you build your practice.
