Lasting change doesn’t come from a one-time workshop or a feel-good offsite. It comes from the inner work leaders choose to do again and again, with the right tools, the right people, and a purpose they can return to.

Mia brings a grounded, relational presence to every room. An entrepreneur, a talent and organizational development practitioner, and a leadership scholar, her genius is igniting the genius in others.
Brian Elizardi
Strategy & Innovation
Brian helps leaders move from big vision to clear execution. With a background in strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems, he brings systems thinking, sharp storytelling, and a bias toward forward motion. He is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner and adjunct faculty at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
